Las Empresas Sociales del Estado se suman a los Procesos de Selección que realiza la CNSC, por lo cual estarán ofertando más de 11.000 vacantes en todo el territorio nacional. Por eso, antes de que inicie esta convocatoria, tu deber como interesado es conocer los detalles sobre estas organizaciones estatales.
Ten presente que esta nueva convocatoria se encuentra en fase de planeación y en cualquier momento será divulgada.
Ahora, sin más preámbulo, vamos a leer los detalles.
¿Qué significa E.S.E. y cómo se componen?
Las siglas E.S.E significan Empresas Sociales del Estado y estas se componen por las instituciones prestadoras de servicios de Salud que en el Sistema General de Seguridad Social en Salud o SGSSS, tienen la función de prestar servicios en el respectivo nivel de atención a los afiliados y beneficiarios de los distintos regímenes en los que se divide este sistema.
De esta forma, la normativa estableció que las Empresas Sociales del Estado constituyen una categoría especial de entidad pública, ya que son descentralizadas, con personería jurídica, patrimonio propio y autonomía administrativa, creadas o reorganizadas por ley o por las asambleas o concejos.
Características de las E.S.E.
En este apartado veremos un listado de las características que tienen las Empresas Sociales del Estado Colombiano.
- Pueden resolver sus propias coyunturas económicas y administrativas.
- Tienen la posibilidad de mejorar los procesos de infraestructura, tanto edificios como biotecnología.
- Pueden prestar servicios de salud como un servicio publico a cargo del estado.
- Tienen su propio régimen presupuestal.
- Por ser entidades públicas pueden recibir transferencias directas de los presupuestos de la nación o de los territorios nacionales.
- Tienen la obligación de tener una oficina de información al usuario que funcione las 24 horas del día para resolver inquietudes sobre el servicio.
- Vigilan las normas de calidad y los componentes de satisfacción que tengan los usuarios.
- Pueden promover la participación de los usuarios a través de las asociaciones de usuarios.
¿Cómo se desarrolló la anterior Convocatoria E.S.E?
El Concurso de las Empresas Sociales del Estado que se realizó en el año 2016, contó con más de 5.000 vacantes en todo el territorio nacional y con salarios que iban desde 1.425.170 hasta los 6.894.717 millones de pesos colombianos.
Algunos de los cargos que se ofertaron fueron:
- Técnico Administrativo.
- Profesional en el área de la salud.
- Técnico operativo.
- Auxiliar administrativo.
- Conductor.
- Supervisor.
- Secretario ejecutivo.
